Pioneers to Colorado Leaders

(2019-2022)
Co-founders Dave Naftalin and Kathleen Bruce met while advocating for Oregon's Measure 109, the nation's first natural medicine services legislation.
Dave, the nation's first licensed facilitator, experienced firsthand the gap between purely clinical programs and purely ceremonial paths. The field needed practitioners who could honor both.
Kathleen, a curriculum design expert and national policy advocate, saw the opportunity to weave scientific rigor with spiritual wisdom into comprehensive professional training.

When Colorado passed the Natural Medicine Health Act, we relocated to Colorado and assembled our dual domain faculty:
Clinical Experts: Neuroscientists, trauma therapists, medical professionals.
Wisdom Keepers: Indigenous medicine practitioners, spiritual teachers, cultural advisors.
Result: The only DORA-licensed program that focuses on acknowledging both the scientific and the sacred.
